This is a guided free moving meditation practice, that encourages self expression and discovery, by allowing you to explore and express how you feel, through movement.

Cacao Ceremony

Experience the ancient tradition of a cacao ceremony, where you'll sip on ceremonial-grade cacao while setting your intentions.


Cacao is revered for its heart-opening properties, helping participants connect with their inner selves and each other on a profound level.

Meditation

Learn valuable meditation practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. Discover ways to nourish your body and soul.
