Hatha yoga, with its gentle and foundational approach, is an excellent starting point. Other beginner-friendly styles include Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Take the time to research and attend various classes to discover the style that aligns with your goals and preferences.

Clear the space of any obstacles, and make sure you get yourself a good quality yoga mat to provide stability and cushioning. Blocks, straps, and bolsters can be a big help as you being, to support your practice and enhance your alignment.

Starting with Basic Poses:


As a beginner, it's essential to master the foundational yoga poses before progressing to more advanced postures. Begin with simple poses like Mountain Pose (Tadasana), Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), and Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana I, II, and III).
